Amazing per usual! We had my sisters bday celebration here and the waitress was FANTASTIC. She went beyond to help us with a Lighter, plates and a knife. She was amazing. The food was fantastic as usual.

You would never believe that this place is so amazing! Outside it looks like regular neighborhood dinner, same inside. But what really makes this place wonderful is the people that work here and delicious food. Also prices are decent, nothing overwhelming. If I lived closer this would be my place to eat on regular basics, we had amazing server very knowledgeable about the food that was on the menu. Thanks for the great experience.

Came for lunch today, Mother's Day 2025. Food was great! But even more notable was the service! Each and every server was hustling Non-Stop with smiles on their faces and a friendly demeanor.. both indoor and outdoor dining areas we're extremely busy, but the servers took it all in stride and hustled at every table. You could truly tell they enjoyed their jobs and most we're very young. Kudos to all the servers at The Sandbar today, you guys rocked it!

We are up for the 4th of July weekend visiting family and they brought us here for dinner. The food and the service are outstanding. I got deep fried bacon on a sampler platter and it was out of this world and for dinner I got the deep fried burger and it was fantastic. I can't say enough about how good this place is and we will definitely come again when we come for a visit.

Have driven past here a number of times. Finally stopped for breakfast. Will definitely be back. The staff was wonderful with greetings we we arrived and "thank you, have a nice day" when we left. Service was excellent. The food was up quick and hot. The food? Excellent. The gravy is really top notch.

They serve breakfast all day! It's a nice little local diner. I enjoyed sitting in the back room eating my food and looking over the lake watching the sunset beautiful scenery!

Absolutely love this little place in Cedar Lake. We hadn't been here for years after we moved away and were so excited to see it still here when we came back years later. The food is so good, I had a deep fried burger on a pretzel bun that was absolutely delicious. The sampler platter of deep fried goods was amazing, my favorite is the deep fried bacon, but all of it was fantastic. Top notch place and the staff was very friendly and fast. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already.
